The FT Vest U.S. Equity Enhance & Moderate Buffer ETF - November (the "Fund") endeavors to provide investors with returns that are approximately double the positive price movement of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (the "Underlying ETF"). This potential for magnified gains is subject to a pre-established upside ceiling of 11.06%. Furthermore, the Fund is structured to offer a protective buffer against the initial 15% of any losses incurred by the Underlying ETF. All specified returns and buffer levels are considered prior to the assessment of fees and expenses, and this investment objective is valid for the defined term spanning November 24, 2025, to November 20, 2026.
