The Twin Oak Strategic Solutions ETF (TOS) aims to achieve substantial overall financial gains. It primarily allocates capital to a diverse array of U.S. company stocks, encompassing enterprises of all market values. In addition to direct equity holdings, the fund has the flexibility to invest in other exchange-traded funds (including those from its own corporate group) and various sophisticated financial instruments like options, swap agreements, futures contracts, and structured notes. Investment choices are determined through a comprehensive process that combines detailed bottom-up fundamental analysis of individual securities with a broader top-down assessment of the portfolio's overall structure. Furthermore, TOS may implement risk-mitigation techniques by employing option contracts, swaps, and other derivative tools. These can be used to hedge against price movements in specific securities or to temper broader market exposure through index- or ETF-based strategies. It's worth noting that some derivative instruments can amplify financial outcomes, similar to leverage. The fund also has the option to hold highly liquid assets such as cash, cash equivalents, or money market instruments. It may also invest in an affiliated ETF specifically designed for capital growth and stability during periods of market decline. As an actively managed fund, the portfolio manager possesses complete autonomy to modify the fund's investments at any given time.
