The SARK fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund that aims to provide the inverse (-1x) return of the ARK Innovation ETF for a single day only. It's crucial to understand that this objective applies solely to one day and not to any longer periods. This is accomplished primarily through the use of swap agreements that reference the ARK Innovation ETF. The ARK Innovation ETF, which SARK targets, is itself an actively managed fund that seeks long-term appreciation of capital. It does so by investing primarily in equity securities of companies located both domestically and internationally that are pioneering or leveraging disruptive innovation.
