The fund seeks to provide investors with returns that generally match the price return, excluding dividends, of the Invesco QQQ Trust, Series 1 (tracking the Nasdaq-100 Index), up to an upside cap of 19.75% before fees and expenses, while buffering against the first 10% of QQQ losses over the outcome period running from August 1, 2026 to July 31, 2027. The strategy uses FLEX Options rather than direct equity holdings, and the cap resets at the start of each new annual outcome period based on prevailing market conditions.
