This fund is designed to mirror the performance of the U.S. residential housing sector by tracking a systematically constructed index. This index is comprised of 100 distinct companies that collectively reflect the health and activity of the American housing market. To achieve its goal, the fund typically allocates a significant portion – at least 80% of its net assets – to businesses involved in real estate and other housing-centric industries. Its investment approach primarily involves a 'replication' strategy, which entails investing in all the underlying securities of the index in roughly the same proportions.
Distribution yield and SEC yield use different methodologies. Payouts may include income, capital gains, or return of capital.
