The Dana Concentrated Dividend ETF (DIVE) strategically invests in a select group of 25 to 35 large-capitalization U.S. companies that consistently pay dividends. The primary focus is on identifying firms possessing robust, enduring competitive advantages, which are currently trading below their intrinsic value. Its rigorous stock selection methodology integrates qualitative analysis with a quantitative scoring system, benchmarking companies within their respective sectors based on critical metrics such as valuation, growth prospects, and profitability. Portfolio weightings are determined by the sub-adviser's highest-conviction ideas, with comprehensive risk management achieved through broad diversification across various sectors and investment factors, including value, growth, momentum, quality, and volatility. This approach is deeply rooted in behavioral finance principles, actively seeking to capitalize on market inefficiencies and investor biases to uncover undervalued companies exhibiting strong fundamental health, sustainable competitive moats, and significant potential for dividend yield appreciation. Furthermore, the fund employs a disciplined selling framework designed for effective risk control, responsiveness to shifts in company fundamentals, and consistent income generation. Specifically, holdings are divested when their dividend yields diminish as a consequence of price appreciation.
Distribution yield and SEC yield use different methodologies. Payouts may include income, capital gains, or return of capital.
