This actively managed Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) invests in Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), pursuing a dual mandate of achieving superior total returns and generating a reliable income stream. Its portfolio primarily comprises U.S. real estate securities, yet it maintains the flexibility to capitalize on compelling international real estate opportunities. Building upon the success of our flagship REIT mutual funds, BYRE stands apart with a deliberate focus on higher tracking error and elevated income objectives.
Distribution yield and SEC yield use different methodologies. Payouts may include income, capital gains, or return of capital.
