The fund's primary objective is to offer investors participation in the performance of major U.S. equities. It achieves this by building a strategically structured, "laddered portfolio" composed of twelve separate PGIM S&P 500 Buffer 12 Exchange-Traded Funds (referred to as the Underlying ETFs). Ordinarily, a minimum of 80% of the fund's total assets, encompassing any borrowed capital used for investment, is allocated to various ETFs.
Distribution yield and SEC yield use different methodologies. Payouts may include income, capital gains, or return of capital.
