BLDX is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (ETF) that seeks to invest in infrastructure companies vital for maintaining essential global systems and advancing long-term sustainability goals. The fund targets businesses that generate significant revenue from core infrastructure assets, goods, or services across diverse areas such as clean energy, water management, transportation, resource efficiency, and data and communication networks. Portfolio construction integrates thorough fundamental financial analysis with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) considerations deemed financially material by the adviser. The investment approach is versatile, not adhering to a single style, and may incorporate growth, value, or blended exposures across companies of varying market capitalizations. BLDX maintains a global investment scope, dedicating a substantial portion of its capital to non-U.S. companies and potentially including emerging markets. Its sector and regional allocations are adaptable, with potential holdings spanning industrials, utilities, and real estate investment trusts (REITs) as market conditions change. The fund recently converted from a mutual fund, commencing operations as an ETF with approximately $101 million in assets.
Distribution yield and SEC yield use different methodologies. Payouts may include income, capital gains, or return of capital.
